The online request portion of the EasyHOA software is still under construction. Until it is done please refer to the procedure below to submit your requests:

• Completely fill out the PROPA Building Permit form. (Documents>Forms Dashboard | EasyHOA)
• Gather supporting documentation (as applicable):

☐ Property Survey showing property boundaries if project will approach setback limits

☐ Plot Plan showing proposed improvement location and distances to building lines

☐ Construction drawings or plans including dimensions, materials, and height

☐ Photographs of the area where the project will occur

☐ Specifications

☐ Material or color samples

☐ Drainage plans

☐ Neighbor support letter/email

• Submit:
  • Preferred - email the form and supporting documentation to support@prpoa.com
  • Alternative - forms can also be dropped off to Patrick McLean (Committee Chair) at 3812 Winding Way. Please call ahead to coordinate 512-657-1073.
• Upon receipt the PRPOA Architectural Control Committee will begin its review and action accordingly.

We encourage you to complete your EasyHOA registration as soon as possible to preclude triggering the formal late notification process. Utiilization of the software is now the Association’s method to provide you access to your account where you can view your invoice and submit payment, and keep your contact information up to date as well.

EasyHOA Registration & Payment

1. Go to: https://app.easyhoa.com/login.html
2. Register using your email address on file and create a password
3. Log in to your Owner Portal
4. Verify your contact information
5. Select “Make a Payment” to submit your dues

To avoid further delay, you may also remit payment by check payable to Port Ridglea Property Owners Association:

Please include your property address or Lot number in the memo line. Once received and posted, a receipt will be issued through the system.

Phase 1, which included account setup and 2026 Annual Assessment invoicing was completed in February 2026.

Phase 2, full implementation is complete with the exception of the Request portal. So, you now have access to:

• View and update your account and contact information
• Receive annual assessment invoices and make secure online payments
• Get important Association notices by email, text, and phone through the system
• View Association news, calendar events, governing documents, and meeting minutes

We also launched the PRPOA.com website.
