Wedding Celebration at the Lingle Residence - April 18, 2026

On April 18, Greg and Mona Lingle will be hosting their granddaughter’s wedding at their residence 3909 Winding Way. This joyful family celebration will have approximately 75 guests arriving early evening to attend the wedding that is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.. Guests will remain for the reception afterwards.


To help the day run smoothly for everyone, many guests will be carpooling. Additionally, parking will be directed to preapproved driveways or areas and guests will be shuttled as needed.


Thank you in advance PRW community in helping make the day enjoyable by extending your kindness, patience, and support to our neighbors during and for this special occasion.

Military Flagpole Award Ceremony at the Lingle's - May 23, 2026

On May 23, 2026, the American Hero’s Flagpole Foundation will honor the family of Greg and Mona Lingle with a formal military flagpole award ceremony. The flagpole—one of only five being crafted and awarded nationwide this year—is being presented in memory of their son, Justin Hennington, a proud Texan and United States Marine Corps veteran. Justin served honorably from 1996 to 2004, rising to the rank of E‑4 Corporal. His service remains a source of enduring pride for his family and all who knew him.


All Port Ridglea West residents are warmly invited to join the Lingle family for this meaningful and patriotic moment. It will take place on the front yard of 3909 Winding Way at 3 p.m. There will be a tent for chade and chairs. Refreshments will be provided following the ceremony.

To help the day run smoothly, parking will be directed to preapproved lots and driveways, with shuttle support available as needed. We appreciate everyone’s kindness, patience, and support for our neighbors during this special occasion.

Request Portion of Software IS NOT Active


The request portion of the software is not readily available at this time as it is still under construction.

Please continue to submit your permit applications to support@prpoa.com. Ensure that you include the Building Permit Application that can be found under Documents and the subfolder Forms. Please include appropriate drawings with the application.

Upon receipt of your email we will get it to the Architectural Committee for action and they will be in touch.

Thank you for your umderstanding and patience. We'll put out an announcement as soon as the Request System is on line.

Overdue PRW Assessments - Payments were due March 9, 2026


We encourage you to complete your EasyHOA registration as soon as possible to preclude triggering the formal late notification process. Utiilization of the software is now the Association’s method to provide you access to your account where you can view your invoice and submit payment, and keep your contact information up to date as well.

EasyHOA Registration & Payment

  1. Go to: https://app.easyhoa.com/login.html
  2. Register using your email address on file and create a password
  3. Log in to your Owner Portal
  4. Verify your contact information
  5. Select “Make a Payment” to submit your dues

FIRST QUARTER 2026 PRPOA BOARD MEETING

The first quarter PRPOA Board Meeting took place on January 13, 2025.

Board Officers and Members at Large were elected/confirmed:

  • President: Sally Adamson
  • Vice-President: Tommy Tompkins
  • Secretary: Robin McClintock
  • Treasurer: Vandi Mitchell
  • Members at Large:
    • Joe Guzman
    • Jeromya Beltman

Other Business Discussed

  • Monthly Newsletters via MailChimp will be discontinued after March. The News and Events will be posted to the PRPOA Website and visible from the Owners Portal as well. posted under Events.
  • Donations from 2025 are being finalized; this includes 'In Memory of' and those for the Volunteer Fire Departments.
  • Architectural Action Committee permits & requirements for submittals. Future requests to be completed through new Association management software.
  • Annual Calendar of Board Meetings and Annual Events was set. They have been posted under Events on the PRPOA website, and are visible within the Owners Portal as well.

Minutes are posted for owner access (Dashboard | EasyHOA).

PRW ASSOCIATION SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE

Phase 1, which included account setup and 2026 Annual Assessment invoicing was completed in February 2026.

Phase 2, full implementation is complete with the exception of the Request portal. So, you now have access to:

  • View and update your account and contact information
  • Receive annual assessment invoices and make secure online payments
  • Get important Association notices by email, text, and phone through the system
  • View Association news, calendar events, governing documents, and meeting minutes

We also launched the PRPOA.com website.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we take this important step forward. The Board will continue to evaluate the system to be sure it is meeting the needs of our community.
